Walking Club with Personal Fitness Trainer, Steve Saum

Wednesdays  | 9:00am

Fresh air, the sunshine (hopefully!), accountability, and motivation. The group will meet every Wednesday morning exploring new parks around the Seattle area.

    Where do you meet, Steve?
    What is the level of these walks? (I’m a fairly fast walker)
    And how long are the walks?
    I try to attend Char’s 10:30 Pilates class on Wednesdays.
