Lose It informational meeting Monday, January 8th │ 7:00 am, 12:00 pm & 6:00 pm - Learn the basics of the challenge & set yourself up for success!
Challenge begins Wednesday, January 17th  

Be a part of our 6th annual structured 12-week weight loss competition and fitness reset! With 3 possible levels of participation, this challenge is guaranteed to make you sweat whatever your fitness level. Last year’s winner, Lori Predmore dropped 8.56% body fat, 20.6 pounds and 16.44 inches! We had 37 people take on our 2017 Lose It Challenge and out of everyone we did post measurements on, our group lost a combined total of 334.6 pounds and 292.45 inches. That’s just over 24 feet!

Success comes in all different forms; dropping pounds, dropping body fat, dropping inches, making a conscious effort to make better choices, being able to say you exercised XX days this week. If your goal isn’t weight loss, that’s ok. This program offers accountability to help keep your eye on the prize whatever your personal prize might be. But if the competitive side does come out, you not only win your personal goals of weight loss, but we are throwing in a few incentives as well!
