It’s National Yoga Month and we at the Seattle Athletic Club have seen the importance of relaxation and body control in adults, and want to share that same structure and routine with children.
Yoga offers a forum for children to exercise independently in a non-competitive yet focused environment. Yoga can develop strength and balance, as children learn to support their own weight in new ways.

Children ages 4+ are welcome. A minimum of 4 sign-ups areneeded. The sign-up and cancellation deadline is Wednesday, September 13th. Accounts will be charged for late cancellations and no-shows.
