Learn to tap into your relaxation response, enhance vitality, lower blood pressure, reduce disruptions in sleep, lower your stress and find more ease in the everyday. Pranayama can enhance and help you take your yoga practice to the next level and can bring a new dimension to your meditation practice. It is also beneficial to the non-yogi!
