Adult Pool Session

No children under the age of 18 allowed in the pool at this time.

Childrens Swim Lessons
|
|
Our group classes range from “Parent & Tot” to the “Advanced” level. Depending on level, class sizes can vary between three and five swimmers.

|
Family Swim w/ Lifeguard
|
|
Children are to be supervised by an adult during this time. Lap lanes may be removed at the discretion of the Lifeguard/SAC Staff only.

|
H2O Aerobics
|
|
Water Aerobics is a class designed to reduce weight-bearing stress, allowing for greater ease of movement and less impact on joints and muscles. By using water resistance and training aids this class will help you tone, strengthen, stretch and increase cardiovascular health.

Lessons/Open Swim
|
|
During this time one or more lanes will be used for swimming lessons. The remaining lanes are available for Open Swim i.e. lap swim or family usage.

Open Swim
|
|
No lifeguard on duty. All ages welcome. Lanes may be available for lap swimmers; however, children may be present in other lanes.
|
|
|
Swim Conditioning
|
|
A workout designed by our certified coaches, this class gives the swimmer a challenge to improve their cardiovascular strength and endurance with the focus on proper stroke mechanics. This class is highly recommended for the novice level as well as Tri-athletes.
If there are more than 5 participants, all lanes will be used for this class.
This class is for 18 years or older

Swim Team Prep
|
|
Swim team prep is for youths who are at the “Intermediate” level and above. Emphasis is placed on technique, strength and endurance. Skills are introduced for children considering competitive swimming.
