Group Exercise Class Descriptions

BEYOND THE BARRE

Beyond The Barre fuses the best of ballet, strength, yoga and Pilates. This new Barre class will lift your buns, tone your abdominals - challenging your whole body. This class will challenges and sculpts the body without the risk of overuse injuries by allowing you to work within your own range of motion. By using the barre/wall and challenging the body with center floor core moves, Beyond The Barre sculpts like no other program while only utilizing a small playground ball and light hand weights. This workout is intense, but we encourage you to join us no matter your skill or fitness level.

BODYPUMP

The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast!

BREAKFAST CLUB

Want a great way to start your day and feel energized all day long? Check out this fun, invigorating “Step” class. Utilizing the Step format, you’ll get a great aerobic workout while strengthening your cardiovascular system and have fun at the same time! Step experience is suggested.

CYCLE

Simulates the outdoor biking experience on state of the art, fixed-cam stationary bikes. Combines endurance, speed, and hill interval training with guided focus and motivational music. All levels are welcome.

High Intensity Interval Training H.I.I.T CLASS

HIIT class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before the busy days get started. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

INSANITY

INSANITY uses max Interval Training. This high-intensity activity forces the body to work for longer periods of time at a high capacity. As a result, people experience faster increases in cardiovascular fitness, and burn carbohydrates and fat more efficiently. The class is broken into several segments. Each segment is repeated approximately 3 times with increased pace.

PILATES FUSION

Principles of Pilates, yoga & dance. Strengthen and lengthen your body with focused awareness of working form your center! Prepare to work standing, on all 4’s, side lying, prone, and supine as we engage in this total body workout. We will focus on stretching our belly through our limbs as we work to tone and strengthen our body from our center out!

ZUMBA

Zumba® fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba®!
