With a focus on core strength and a high energy workout, this class involves repetition and weight integration to keep your blood pumping, sweat pouring, and muscles burning while stretching areas particularly tight for cyclists, such as the hips, shoulders and chest. Learn how to engage your core to create more efficient movement and transfer more power to the pedals!
