Pilates & Plunge

Thursdays | 12:00-1:00 pm

Come join us for a complimentary class that incorporates Pilates and swimming into one workout! We will start with a half hour warm up in the Pilates Studio, then we will jump in for a half hour of swimming that focuses on core and balance. You do not need to be an avid swimmer to enjoy this class!

*Be sure to bring a swimsuit, goggles and shorts or shirt to go over your swimsuit.
