Members: $150/month for twice a week training | $85 for once a week
It's time to get back at it. We've gone through the initial panic, emotional eating and adjustments and now it's time to take back our health. Don't get us wrong, we still need to stay vigilant with this pandemic, but by now, I think we can all agree that we will be at this a while longer. So, it's time to hit the reset button on our fitness and get rid of those "COVID-19 Pounds"!
Have the guidance and expertise of working with a trainer along with accountability and camaraderie of a small group while socially distanced of course!
