Cost: $85 for once per week training for 4 weeks
This class will focus on improving movement capacity, flexibility, and physical performance. It allows you to focus on areas of muscle and joint pain that might have been caused by an increasingly sedentary lifestyle. Reclaim your body, live without pain and aches!
A minimum of two participants are required for the program to run. This class can be attended in-person or online, please inquire within.
