The summer months are here and we will finally be able to put all of our indoor workouts to use OUTDOORS!! There's nothing quite like a PNW summer and we are more than ready for it, after all that's why we've been training so hard these past months, am I right?!

We want to follow along on your favorite summertime activities with you, but we also want to help keep you on track with general wellness reminders for when the sunshine is calling and you don't necessarily feel like hopping on the treadmill, hitting the weights, drinking the recommended amount of water or eating your fruits and veggies - we're here to keep you in check! We will even be throwing in some prizes along the way to keep things fun!
