Celebrate ‘Planks-giving’ with Pilates

Plank is a popular exercise in Pilates, yoga, and other fitness methods. Holding this one position strengthens your core and gives your whole body a workout. Plank tones the arms and legs, and especially the shoulder, back, and abdominal muscles. This class will help you perfect your plank while you get a major workout!

Class is limited to 3 participants, 2 participants are required to hold class and advance registration required.
