Hopefully you are still focused on your goal at hand. If you need a friendly reminder or are having a hard time staying motivated, revisit your goal card in the lobby. If accountability is what you are looking for, consider a session with one of our qualified instructors or personal trainers. Sometimes a new workout routine or program layout is just what you need to make your workouts more exciting. Think back to the day when you wrote your goal down, embrace that feeling and go after it!
