It’s go time! January is a great time to reset and put the focus back on YOU after the crazy holidays. Our 4th annual weight loss challenge is just around the corner starting on Wednesday, January 13th. Last year’s winner lost 22.2 pounds, 10.38% body fat and 24.75 inches! We had 48 people take on our 2015 Lose it! Challenge and out of everyone we did post measurements on, our group lost a total of 159.2 pounds and 140 inches.

The focus will be on agility, balance, flexibility, coordination, and general strength and conditioning. Come join us for a complimentary class that incorporates Pilates and swimming into one workout! We will start with a half hour Pilates mat class on the pool deck, then we will jump in for a half hour of swimming that focuses on core and balance.
