Childcare
Welcome to Kids Court—a special place designed for our youngest SAC members! We provide safe, fun, and nurturing childcare for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years, giving parents peace of mind while they enjoy the club.
At Kids Court, we focus on play, learning, and imagination—you won’t find a television here. Instead, your child will enjoy a spacious 20′ x 40′ room filled with age-appropriate toys, books, games, music, and opportunities to socialize and grow.
HOURS OF OPERATION
How It Works
- Reservations are required and must be made through the SAC app.
- Childcare is available to MEMBERS ONLY.
- Your child must be listed on your CA account to access the reservation feature in the app.
- To add your child, please contact Steven Bixler, Head of Membership Services: sbixler@sacng.com
Childcare Details & Policies
- Booking:
- Reservations open 5 days in advance through the app and are available every day.
- Afternoon and evening sessions must be booked by 12:00 PM. If no reservations are received by this time, Kids Court may close for the evening.
- Cancellations & No-Shows:
- Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the reservation start time will incur a late cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reserved time.
- Age Range:
- Children from 6 weeks to 12 years are welcome.
- Parental Presence:
- Parents/guardians must remain in the building during their child’s time in Kids Court.
- Nut-Free Policy:
- Kids Court is a Nut Free Zone—please do not bring any nut-containing snacks or food items.
Health & Safety
The health and wellbeing of all children is our top priority. Please do not bring your child if they are ill or show any of the following symptoms:
- Contagious illness or virus
- Lethargy or irritability
- Fever within the last 24 hours
- Diarrhea or nausea
- Discharge from eyes or ears
- Excessive nasal discharge
Our childcare staff reserves the right to deny entry to any child showing signs of illness.
If your child is diagnosed with a contagious condition, please notify us so we can take appropriate precautions and alert other families if necessary.

About Rianah
Rianah started working at the SAC in 2018, initially joining the Kids Court team as a short summer gig before her senior year of high school. Six years, three departments, and a pandemic later, she’s now taking on the role of Childcare Manager!
More about Rianah
Rianah loves the community aspect of the Club, and finds much joy in building relationships with members of all ages. When she’s not hanging out with kiddos in Kids Court, you can find her helping at the Sports Desk, probably laughing at something. Pre-COVID, she was also working her way towards earning the gym a Michelin star with her smoothies in the Cafe. Away from the Club, Rianah loves spending time with animals, thrift shopping, cross stitching, and other generally crafty activities.
