Aquatics
At Seattle Athletic Club, our aquatics program offers something for everyone, blending fun, fitness, and personal growth. From beginners to seasoned swimmers and triathletes, our swim conditioning classes are a favorite, providing a supportive environment to build endurance, refine technique, and achieve personal milestones.
For those looking to make waves with low-impact workouts, our water aerobics program is constantly evolving. Our expert instructors stay at the forefront of aquatic fitness, integrating innovative exercises that are as enjoyable as they are challenging, ensuring each class leaves you feeling invigorated.
We also take pride in offering specialized seasonal programs designed to meet our members’ diverse interests. These include swimming prep courses, open water swim training focused on skills, technique, and endurance, and even swim parties for a splash of fun and camaraderie.
Whether you’re looking to enhance your performance, explore a new way to stay active, or simply enjoy the water, our aquatics program is here to support your journey toward health and empowerment.

More about Trevor
In the time that Trevor has been here, he has made a splash with the kids and parents in swim lessons; revamping the structure of lesson programming and teaching both group and private lessons nearly every day of the week.
When not at the Club, Trevor and his wife Beth, (along with their golden retriever, Rosie) can often be found gallivanting in and around the north end. Reading, writing, thrift shopping, watching movies and volunteering within the community are other past-times.
“Everyone, (and I mean, simply everyone), should have a base understanding and respect for the water. Let me help you grow that understanding.”
